As World Mental Health Week comes to a close on Fit as a Fiddle Friday, I am sharing a poem. Sometimes, it might seem like this is NOT true, but everybody deals with challenging issues at some point in time.

Mental Health (recharge) on Make it a Great Monday
Loss of a loved one, loss of a job, loss of a relationship, loss of confidence, or loss of health. Sometimes, getting off the sofa emotionally can be more difficult than getting off the sofa for a workout.
When times are tough for me, it is super important to make exercise and sunshine a priority. I double down on fitness.
If you are going through a tough time, as hard as it might be, do all you can to get outside and walk, run, bike, or hike. I guarantee it will help, especially if you make it a habit.
