Make it a great Monday: Attitude

Last week, I launched a passion project, ‘every gPage Singletary thing’ at www.gpagesingletary.com with this blog post: The first Nugget from Dad.

For the past 14 years, I’ve been sending my daughters a morning inspirational message with the following weekday themes (1500 in total!):

  • Make it a great Monday
  • Stay Whole Tuesday
  • Woman Power Wednesday
  • Make Anything Thursday
  • Fit as a Fiddle Friday

If I were to summarise those themes in one or two words, it would look like this:

  • Attitude
  • Wholeness
  • Self belief
  • Learn & Grow
  • Stay Fit

The image below is a screenshot of a Make it a Great Monday post from September 2010 about hanging out with winners, the month I first started sending morning nuggets to my daughters.

NUGGETS began in the fall of 2010 when our oldest daughter left for college. (Make it a Great Monday; Stay Whole Tuesday; Woman Power Wednesday; Make Anything Thursday; and Fit as a Fiddle Friday.) All these years later, we have a UGA grad, a SCAD grad, a Fightin’ Texas Aggie grad, and 1500 nuggets. Plus, Mum and Dad up and moved to England. Those are my daughters above, and their guiding light – truly my every gPage Singletary thing.
