We spend a lot of time chasing scale.
Bigger platforms. Faster growth. Louder signals that we’re “on track.”
But when I look back at the people and moments that actually shaped my life, almost none of them arrived that way. They were built through attention. Through consistency. Through someone choosing to stay present when it would have been easier to move on.
That’s why The Power of Small feels so timely right now — not as a slogan, but as a corrective. A reminder that impact often accumulates quietly, long before it becomes visible.
I’ll be exploring that idea further at TEDx Cary this spring.
More to come.
