What a nice surprise to be celebrated at the 2024 BARCH Awards during the gym’s annual holiday party. Neither Cathy, nor I, expected this nice honour when we decided to attend this year’s event. We are both huge fans of BARCH Richmond and the amazing culture that has been built by Will Taylor (the founder) and his remarkable team of coaches. That was a super fun evening and thanks to Will, the coaches, and all of our gym mates who make training at BARCH so fun!

NUGGETS began in the fall of 2010 when our oldest daughter left for college. (Make it a Great Monday; Stay Whole Tuesday; Woman Power Wednesday; Make Anything Thursday; and Fit as a Fiddle Friday.) All these years later, we have a UGA grad, a SCAD grad, a Fightin’ Texas Aggie grad, and 1500 nuggets. Plus, Mum and Dad up and moved to England. Those are my daughters above, and their guiding light – truly my every gPage Singletary thing.
